Fast-paced fitouts for a growing food retail brand.
EBG was engaged by Pasta Pantry to deliver a series of internal fitouts across multiple Sydney locations, creating a consistent and contemporary customer experience across the growing food retail network.
Each project involved a complete internal transformation, including the supply and installation of commercial kitchen appliances and display refrigerators.
Integrated custom joinery, timber shelving and cladding, vinyl flooring and bespoke menu boards completed the refreshed interiors.
Several stores were located within operational retail environments where construction could only be undertaken at night. EBG carefully coordinated trades, deliveries and installation activities around these restrictions to minimise disruption and enable stores to reopen as quickly as possible.
With an accelerated construction programme of approximately two weeks per location, disciplined planning and procurement were essential. The completed fitouts demonstrate EBG’s ability to deliver detailed food retail environments efficiently, consistently and within highly constrained operating windows.
