Initial conversation
We begin by discussing the property, the design, your priorities, your intended budget and the way you want to live in the completed home. This is also an opportunity for you to understand how we work and decide whether we are the right fit for your project.
Scope & pricing
We review the site and available drawings to understand access, existing conditions, structural requirements, approvals and potential construction challenges.
Site and document review
We develop a clear understanding of what is included in the project. Where information is incomplete, we identify allowances, exclusions or items requiring further design so there are fewer surprises later.
Pre-construction planning
Before work begins, we develop the programme, confirm key selections, identify long-lead items and coordinate the information required for construction.
Construction
The site is managed by an experienced team with regular senior oversight. You receive ongoing updates regarding progress, decisions, programme and upcoming activities.
Completion
The home is thoroughly inspected, tested, cleaned and prepared for handover. Outstanding items are documented and progressively completed.
Handover & aftercare
We provide relevant certificates, warranties and operating information and remain available after handover to assist with any settling-in items.
