Designed by Michael Folk Architects, this bespoke new home takes full advantage of its elevated position. The residence brings together sculptural architecture, premium materials and flexible family living, with views extending across the harbour.
Arranged across multiple levels, the home includes five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a double garage and a cinema, gym and entertaining space. An internal lift connects every level, while underfloor heating provides year-round comfort throughout.
At the heart of the home, a striking New York marble kitchen and butler’s pantry incorporate premium appliances. Living spaces flow into a sunlit garden and privately positioned, solar-heated pool, while the main suite is elevated by a city-facing soaking tub.
Delivering the residence required precise coordination across the architectural, structural, services and finishes packages. Executed with exceptional attention to detail and completed within the project programme, the result is a sophisticated family home where architectural expression, everyday functionality and superior craftsmanship come together against one of Sydney’s most recognisable outlooks.
