Designed to maximise its dramatic waterfront setting, this contemporary family residence transforms a steep, challenging site into a series of connected living spaces that embrace panoramic harbour views.
Spanning four levels, the home was carefully planned to balance openness with privacy, creating seamless indoor-outdoor connections while integrating generous entertaining areas, landscaped terraces and a resort-style pool.
Throughout the design, the focus remained on delivering refined architectural detailing, abundant natural light and a timeless material palette suited to its coastal location.
Delivering the project required meticulous planning and coordination across every stage of construction. EBG worked closely with the Architects to manage the complexities of the steep site, the multi-level structural framework and the integration of extensive architectural glazing, bespoke joinery, natural stone, timber finishes and elegant curved forms.
The result is a sophisticated waterfront home where architecture, interiors, landscaping and outdoor living spaces come together seamlessly, creating a residence that responds beautifully to both its setting and the client’s vision.
